Honest Gaps in Unicode Coverage

These alphabets were encoded for linguists and mathematicians, not as complete copy-and-paste fonts. Superscript is almost full except q. Small caps is almost full except x. Subscript only covers a, e, h through p, r through v, and x, plus the digits ₀-₉. Missing letters are passed through rather than faked with lookalikes, so you can see exactly what will paste.
